1. Pour the white base gelato mixture in the gelato machine.
2. Once the machine completes the process, extract the gelato out and put it into a pre-cooled pan.
3. Put the pan in a blast chiller for few minutes.
4. Insert a ghost-shape stencil at the center of the pan and pour the Cioccolatina Fondente on it.
5. Put again the pan in the blast chiller for few minutes and then remove the stencil.
