  • 4 kg white base gelato
  • Cioccolatina Fondente (to taste)

      Method of preparation

      • 1. Pour the white base gelato mixture in the gelato machine.

      • 2. Once the machine completes the process, extract the gelato out and put it into a pre-cooled pan.

      • 3. Put the pan in a blast chiller for few minutes.

      • 4. Insert a ghost-shape stencil at the center of the pan and pour the Cioccolatina Fondente on it.

      • 5. Put again the pan in the blast chiller for few minutes and then remove the stencil.
