Method of preparation

  • Lightly whip all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk attachment at medium speed for approx. 1 minute.

  • Pour the batter in the molds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 170°C/338°F*.

  • Once out of the oven, let them set for a few minutes, then place in a shock freezer to quickly cool it to a refrigerated temperature.

  • Store in dry and cool place.

  • Muffin, cupcake and plumcake batter can be frozen before baking; nished product can be frozen after baking.
