Ingredients:

  • Cremosa Base 250 g
  • Sugar 1100 g
  • Cream 250 g
  • Milk 5 L
  • Crema Catalana 500 g
  • Arabeschi® Cranberry a/n

              Method of preparation

              • Mix together Cremosa Base ,milk, sucrose and cream until smooth and well combined.

              • Add to the mixture Crema Catalana Paste , then mix all the ingredients together by using a mixer.

              • Process the mixture in the batch freezer.

              • Decorate with Arabeschi® Cranberry as necessary.
