Ingredients (for a 1.3 kg mold):

  • Pronto Flamenco GF 650kg
  • Eggs 550g
  • Seed oil 150g

        Step by Step method

        • A Whip all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with whisk attachment at high speed for approx. 3 minutes.

        • A Pour the batter into the mold (not buttered), then bake for about 70 minutes at 165°C / 329°F*.

        • A Once baked, turn the mold upside down and unmold (if needed, use a knife to unstick the borders).

        • A Let the cakes cool completely at room temperature before lling with LucillaTM, Cà d’Oro Dessert Cream or Fruit Fillings.
