  • Base Evo Vittoria super 100 (2700g)
  • Salted butter caramel traditional paste (300g)
  • Milk (300g)
  • Caramel Fleur de Sel Arabeschi®

          Step by Step method

          • Mix together the Base Evo Vittoria super 100, Salted butter caramel traditional paste and milk, until smooth and well combined.

          • Process the mixture in the batch freezer, then garnish the tub with Caramel Fleur de Sel Arabeschi®
