Ingredienti per una vaschetta da 4 Kg di prodotto:

  • White base 3700 g
  • Coffee Costa D'Oro Traditional Paste 110 g
  • Cinnamon Traditional Paste 20 g
  • Heavy cream 170 g

          Method of preparation

          • Mix together white base, Coffee Costa D’Oro Traditional Paste, and Cinnamon Traditional Paste until smooth and well combined.

          • Process the mixture in the batch freezer, then garnish the gelato pan with powdered cinnamon.
