Ingredients:

  • Milk 2,5 l (3.5%)
  • Cheesecake Sprint 1 Bag (290 g)
  • Bilberry Arabeschi® (As needed)
  • CrumbOlé Classic (As needed)

          Method of preparation

          • 1. Mix the milk and Cheesecake Sprint in a large bucket by using a mixer until no lumps are visible.

          • 2. Process the mixture in the batch freezer.

          • 3. Extract the gelato put it into a pre-cooled pan.

          • 4. Decorate with Arabeschi®Bilberry and CrumbOlé Classic as desired.
