  • Milk 3 l (3.5%)
  • Farm Cheese Sprint 1 Bag (1,1 kg)
  • Apricot Arabeschi® (As needed)
  • CrumbOlé Classic Gluten Free (As needed)

          Method of preparation

          • 1. Mix the milk and Farm Cheese Sprint in a large bucket by using a mixer until no lumps are visible.

          • 2. Process the mixture in the batch freezer.

          • 3. Extract the gelato put it into a pre-cooled pan.

          • 4. Decorate with Apricot Arabeschi® and CrumbOlé Classic Gluten Free as desired.
